This Lake Conjola home was built in 2008 and then sadly destroyed in the Black Summer bushfires of 2020. With the leftover debris cleared and the block stripped back to its original footings, it was ready to be rebuilt. The design retained the original layout while modernising the finishes, creating a resilient, stunning space for coastal family living.
The large, sloped block allows for views and bedrooms aplenty, with a total of seven bedrooms with plush carpeting. In the living areas, timber floors and soft tile finishes provide comfort and style, making the most of the northern views of Lake Conjola. Outside, the neutral tones, mixture of claddings, and five separate skillion roofs create a dream-worthy coastal aesthetic.
